Of course! We all want our yard looking fantastic right away, but the cost does add up. We are happy to offer renovations in phases and/or in a way that can fit your budget
This depends on the size of your project. Typically smaller plants cost about $5-10 each, larger shrubs $50. Labor is dependent on project size and if it requires grass/rock/landscape fabric removal. We offer a variety of services that can fit in ay budget!
When we complete a consultation, we can discuss maintenance. Some people don't mind pulling weeds and trimming; others like to set it and forget it! We select plants based on your level of gardening interest and go from there. We also offer a seasonal maintenance package where we do the weeding and trimming for you, so you just get to enjoy your native landscape.
Cardboard is biodegradable and allows the soil to breath (unlike landscape fabric). We've found that cardboard does a great job of minimizing weeds while not degrading the soil. It's also a great way to recycle!
Yes! We obviously promote natives over anything else, but also understand that there are other beautiful and beneficial plants that can fit into a (sub)urban landscape. There are also a lot of invasive plants that have been planted and sold in our area. We do not recommend planting or keeping these types of plants and are happy to help find equally beautiful alternatives!
